For the past 5 years I've been an avid Tablet PC user, starting with an HP TX2 and moving onto a TM2 a year-and-a-half ago. The TX2 used N-Trig, which meant no pressure support in important software such as Blender, Gimp, and Photoshop, since it piggybacked on Microsoft's Ink platform instead of licensing WinTab. The TM2, however, used Wacom and WinTab, and worked in all the above software as it should.
I bought a Surface Pro because it is the Holy Grail of Tablet PCs. A Wacom digitizer on a 1080p screen in a tiny, powerful form factor? Yes please. One of the first things that I did was to test if the digitizer was in fact Wacom by making sure it worked with my Penabled pens: it did so. It was only this morning that I attempted to do some sketching with the Surface Pro that I realized that there are no Wacom drivers installed (and therefore no pressure sensitivity or eraser support in my sketch program of choice, MyPaint). I figured that was easily-enough solved, so I attempted to install Wacom drivers from Wacom's support site, both through their installer (which gave me a 'No supported hardware' error) and manually (which told me that the drivers weren't for the platform).
So I brought the situation to Surface support, and received the answer that the device does not support Wacom drivers.
Why not? And if it does not now, will it soon? I bought this device over others primarily for the Wacom digitizer, and if it's not going to work any better than my old TX2 compatibility-wise, then I will have to return it or keep a $1000 device that's just going to frustrate me every time I think 'Ah, I want to do some sketching now!'
On the launch day of Microsoft Surface Pro 3, N-Trig has released their updated Wintab drivers for Microsoft Surface Pro 3 devices. The R16 version will be available for download soon.
Blackberry 8530 usb driver download. You may download these drivers from respective manufactures' website for free.
Canon lide 25 scanner. Wanted to chime in saying I am experiencing the same issue (no pressure sensitivity). Followed a trick in another issue to reconfigure the 'eraser' button to actually an eraser, so that now works. But, it did not at first.
Microsoft Surface 3 LTE
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Pen (yes, it works with S3 as well)
Same N-Trig drivers for Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4 (SP4 has 1024 levels of pressure though)
Windows Pro 10 x64, fresh install 1 week old
Best free mkv to mp4 converter. My Paint x64 1.2.0+git.f62444e.dirty <- same revision as 1.2.-0 stable I see. Odd version number though.
All 3 tablets use the N-Trig digitizer. And while they all use the exact same driver, the SP4 has increased levels of pressure to 1024. Again, same drivers for all three models: Surface 3, Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4. The latest driver release for all models is November of 2015.
Windows Pro 10 x64 w/Nov 2015 update was a bare-metal fresh install recently.
Installed the November 2015 refresh of all drivers for the Surface Pro 3 and Surface 3 (they all use the same drivers).
Without WinTAB drivers, only the mouse is detected. Installing the latest Wintab_x64_1.0.0.20 drivers (the latest as of this posting, for both Surface 3 and Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4) again shows the mouse - until you touch the canvas with both the Stylus and Eraser tips - then they both show up in the Preferences dialog.
And that Preferences dialog looks exactly as the same as the SP4 screenshot above: notice the 'type' says 'Pen' for both. The Surface 3 says the same thing.
Can Microsoft please provide a signed version of the Legacy driver? Hello, I need to use the legacy firewire drivers for my system. The only way to get the driver to install is by enabling test mode and disabling something else. This results in a screen watermark. Windows 8 does not have this driver anymore and it does not allow the installation of the driver files from a Windows 7 system due to driver signing. Baby driver legacy.
Wintab Surface 3

Pressure sensitivity works in multiple other programs such as Sketch It and Fresh Paint.
On my Linux tablet (Lenovo ThinkPad Helix) running ArchLinux (Antergos distro) on tip with, it's Wacom digitizer works well (well, the eraser isn't always detected).
I wanted to note that on my Lenovo Helix, the Preferences page shows the 'type' as Pen and Eraser separately - not as 'Pen' and 'Pen' as the SP4 screenshot above shows and my S3 shows.

^- Thinkpad Helix w/Arch Linux showing 'Eraser' differently than S3, SP3 and SP4.
Drivers Surface Pro 4
FYI: this Surface 3 will be wiped for ArchLinux (Antergos) as soon as 4.6 kernel comes out with the patches for the Surface 3 drm-intel chipset. Surface 3 Type Cover I am submitting patch for shortly.

Wintab Digitizer
But right now, the boss (wife) wants to draw - and I keep telling her that MyPaint is the best app for what she wants to do. Just no pressure sensitivity.
